That gives me just over 800 drop rolls (4 per dungeon run), which I feel is a good indicator for some things. In these 2 weeks I have run over 200 dungeons, a bit over 100 non-boosted and just under 100 with boosted drop rates, all in H2. I have since then kept recording every single dungeon run, noting down if it had boosted drop rates or not, and how many drops I and others in my party got. TLDR: Set have ~15% drop rate, legendary ~2%, the boosted droprate doesn't appear to work at all.
